This Extra Small tier supports a Neo4j three-primary cluster for graph stores up to 100 GB, as per the Neo4j Operations Manual. Compute is the dominant cost driver, accounting for over two-thirds of the total monthly cost at $420.48. The architecture provisions three Standard_D4s_v5 instances, each with 4 vCPUs and 16 GB RAM, which is a suitable configuration for smaller graph workloads but lacks high availability.
