Why the totals differ

Google Cloud is significantly cheaper for this extra small Couchbase deployment, costing less than a dollar per month compared to over $500 on AWS and $600 on Azure. This vast difference is primarily due to Google Cloud's sustained use discounts, which are automatically applied to on-demand instances. For AWS and Azure, the on-demand pricing for the underlying compute and storage resources drives the higher cost, indicating that reserved instances or commitments would be necessary to achieve comparable savings.
