This Extra Small tier supports up to 250 GB for light OLTP workloads, utilizing a Standard_D4s_v5 primary and a Standard_D2s_v5 for other functions. Compute is the dominant cost driver, accounting for over 75% of the total monthly cost at $210.24. The primary tradeoff is the absence of high availability, which significantly reduces cost but introduces a single point of failure.
