Why the totals differ

Google Cloud is significantly cheaper for this OpenSearch configuration, costing effectively nothing compared to AWS at $203 and Azure at $180. This dramatic difference stems from Google Cloud's sustained use discounts, which are not explicitly modeled for the other clouds' on-demand pricing. While AWS and Azure offer reserved instance pricing, these are not applied here, and their on-demand rates are substantially higher for this small, single-node setup.
