Why the totals differ

Google Cloud is significantly cheaper at $0.04/month, while AWS and Azure are 6,000 to 7,000 times more expensive at over $250/month. This vast difference is due to Google Cloud's free tier for EDB Postgres Advanced Server, which covers the Extra Small instance. For larger deployments, the cost difference would narrow as sustained use discounts on Google Cloud and reserved instance pricing on AWS and Azure become relevant.
